Not completely satisfied and would you like to return an item? We’re sorry to hear that, but of course this is no problem! You have a 14-day cooling-off period, so please make sure to notify us within 14 days.

If you would like to return an item, we kindly ask you to register your return via the return form. This way we are informed about your return and can provide you with the correct shipping instructions.

Please make sure you do not forget to register your return; otherwise, your return will not be processed. The return shipping costs are at your own expense. You are free to choose a parcel service of your preference. Please take into account the delivery time of the carrier you select. Your package must be returned within 14 days after receipt.

The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used. We will process the refund within 14 days.

• Items must not be damaged and must be returned in their original packaging.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the sender.
• When necessary, insure your return shipment. Items damaged during shipping will not be accepted.
